About PivotBridge

PivotBridge Group is building workforce infrastructure for the AI era.

As AI reshapes industries at an unprecedented pace, the real challenge is no longer job search —
it’s how individuals and organizations make career and workforce decisions.

We are solving AI-driven employment disruption at scale.

Starting with PivotBridge.AI — an all-in-one AI Career Agent —
we are building a system that helps individuals and institutions:

Diagnose → Decide → Execute → Land

Our vision is to move beyond fragmented tools and services,
and create a continuous, intelligent infrastructure for career mobility.

Why Join Us

We are building an AI-native platform redefining how people navigate their careers in the age of AI.

This is not just another startup —
it’s a mission to rebuild career decision-making infrastructure at scale.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Build the system behind the future of workforce infrastructure.

We are not starting from zero.

We have already built the foundation —
an all-in-one AI Career Agent that integrates assessment, decision-making, and execution.

Now, we are looking for a CTO to take this from 1 → 100.

Your Mission
Lead the evolution of our platform from a working product into a scalable, intelligent system.

You will design and own the architecture that powers:

AI-driven career decision systems
Personalized recommendation and agent workflows
Scalable data and infrastructure layers
Continuous user feedback and learning loops

What You’ll Build
The core AI system (LLM + RAG + agent orchestration)
A scalable and modular product architecture
A system that connects individual decisions to real-world outcomes
The technical foundation for both B2C and B2B/B2G expansion

Why This Role Matters
Most companies are building tools.

We are building infrastructure.

This role is not about maintaining systems —
it’s about defining how career decisions are made in the AI era.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Define the category of workforce infrastructure in the AI era.

PivotBridge is not a traditional career platform.
We are building the decision layer for careers — and a new category requires a new narrative.

We are not looking for someone to “run marketing.”
We are looking for someone to shape how the world understands this problem.

Your Mission
Own and define the go-to-market strategy as we scale from an early-stage product to a category-defining platform.

You will translate our vision —
“Building Workforce Infrastructure for the AI Era” —
into a compelling narrative that attracts users, partners, and the broader ecosystem.

What You’ll Build
A clear and differentiated category narrative (not just positioning)
A scalable growth engine from 1 → 100
Founder-led storytelling and thought leadership
Community and content-driven acquisition channels
A brand that connects individual career challenges with systemic workforce shifts

What Success Looks Like
PivotBridge becomes a recognized voice in the future of work conversation
Users don’t just use the product — they understand why it matters
Growth is driven by narrative, trust, and community — not just paid channels

Why This Role Matters
Most companies market products.

We are defining a category.

If people don’t understand the problem,
they won’t understand the product.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and growth —
and will directly shape how PivotBridge scales in the market.

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Turn workforce infrastructure into scalable economic impact.

PivotBridge is not selling a product —
we are building a system that connects individual career decisions with real employment outcomes.

That means revenue is not just about closing deals.
It’s about designing how value flows across individuals, enterprises, and institutions.

Your Mission
Build and scale the revenue engine as we expand from an early-stage platform to a multi-sided workforce ecosystem.

You will define how PivotBridge monetizes across:

B2C (individual users)
B2B (enterprise talent & workforce solutions)
B2G / institutions (workforce transition programs)

What You’ll Build
A scalable revenue architecture across multiple segments
Enterprise and institutional partnership strategies
Pricing and monetization models aligned with outcomes
A pipeline from pilot → contract → long-term programs
The bridge between product value and real-world economic outcomes

What Success Looks Like
Early pilots convert into repeatable, scalable revenue streams
Enterprises and institutions adopt PivotBridge as a workforce solution layer
Revenue is driven by real outcomes, not just transactions

Why This Role Matters
Most companies sell services.

We are building an ecosystem.

This role is not about managing a sales team —
it’s about designing how a new category becomes economically viable.
